Zesty Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • (1 Tbsp) Sugar
  • (1 Tbsp) Dry White Wine or Water
  • (1 Tbsp) Hoisin Sauce
  • (1/2 Tsp) Salt
  • (1) Clove Garlic-Finely chopped
  • (2 (About 3/4 lb each)) Pork Tenderloins
  • (1/4 Cup) Ketchup

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass or plastic dish.  Add pork. Turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours. 
  2. Heat oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Place pork on rack in shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer horizontally so tip is in thickest part of pork .  
  4. Roast uncovered 27 to 29 minutes until pork has slight blush of pork in center and meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
