Honey Mustard Ham

Ingredients
- (1/4 Cup) Water
- (2 Tbsp.) Honey
- (1 Tbsp.) Dijon Mustard
- (1 lb) Smoked Ham- fully cooked and sliced 1 inch thick
- (1/2 Cup) Sour cream
- (1) Green Onion- sliced
Directions
- Mix water, honey, and mustard in a 10 inch skillet. Cut ham into 4 serving pieces and add to a skillet. Cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Simmer about 15 minutes, turning once, until the ham is heated through. Remove ham from the skillet and keep warm.
- Stir sour cream into the mixture in skillet and heat 1 minute. Pour over ham. Sprinkle with the onion.
