Oven Crusty Chicken

Ingredients
- (1-21/2 to 3 Lbs) Frying -Cut into pieces
- (4 Cups) Crispy rice cereal
- (1/2-2/3 Cups) Butter-melted
- (1 Tsp.) Salt
Directions
- Rinse chicken pieces and dry thoroughly.
- Pour cereal into a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag and crush slightly with a rolling pin. Then pour into a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter with salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, into seasoned butter, then roll in cereal util well coated.
- Place skin side up in a shallow baking dish that has been lined with aluminum foil.
- Do not crowd pieces.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender. Do not cover pan or turn pieces while baking.
