Hungarian Chicken Paprikash

Ingredients
- (3) Large Onions
- (2 TBSP) Hungarian Paprika
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- Chicken-cut up into pieces
- (3) Roma Tomatoes
Directions
- Slice tomatoes and chop onions.
- Sauté in olive oil until onions are transparent.
- Remove from heat.
- Once cooled, add paprika.
- Mix and cook on low for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and enough water to cover.
- Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Simmer until chicken is done.
- Serve with dumplings, noodles, or rice.
*You can add sour cream after removing pan from heat.
