Everything's better with a little bacon, especially pastured pork bacon from right here in Wisconsin. 

Our bacon is made from the bellies of Wisconsin-raised, pastured pigs. Each belly is carefully cured and smoked before being sliced medium thick. The pork has the perfect ratio of fat to lean meat to create an extremely craveable breakfast (or any time of day!) meat. 

The uses for this bacon are endless. It’s perfect alongside eggs, pancakes, or waffles. It’s also great on a BLT or club sandwich, or wrapped around a homemade meatloaf. 

Our favorite way to cook bacon is in the oven. It’s easy and splatter free! Just preheat the oven to 375 degrees, place a cooling rack or a piece of parchment paper inside of a sheet pan, lay the bacon slices on top, then bake until your desired crispness.
